I know that probably they have seen it all, however it was a great relief to me personally to have them come in on the Wednesday and finally have faith that we were going to make it!
Their calm, professional, courteous unruffled manner mixed with big smiles and a sense of humour made the task a lot easier. Tom and Aaron especially were fantastic at reassessing the situation on Thursday and their forward thinking and planning was exceptional.
They dealt with rude drivers in a polite fashion and I’m not sure any situation would phase them. Their ability to manoeuvre very large pieces of furniture through complicated angles without a dent or scratch was phenomenal. I’m sure you’ve heard it all before, but you have an amazing team to be very proud of. Not forgetting Mac, with his quiet and calm determination to learn was very apparent. He worked relentlessly, as they all did, and will make a great member of your team, he has great teachers.
