Payment
We will require payment in full at the time of booking.
We accept cheques or credit/debt card payment.
Credit cards are subject to a 2% surcharge

Waiting Time Waiver Charge
You should be aware that if the keys for your new property are not available by the agreed time, waiting time is charged according to the length of delay in gaining access. To avoid this unnecessary worry the charge can be wavered for a one off payment of £60 (inc VAT) at the time of booking.

Cancelation/Postponement charges as per our Terms and Conditions

27. If you cancel or postpone more than 14 days before the removal date then there shall be no charge payable by you.

28. If you cancel or postpone less than 14 days but more than 8 days before the removal date then you shall pay to us a charge equivalent of 30% of the agreed removal charge.

29. If you cancel or postpone 8 days or less before the removal date then you shall pay to us a charge equivalent of 60% of the agreed removal charge.
